The service
Nisu provides editorial game pages and browser-based access to selected games. Availability, save behavior, controls and performance can vary by browser and device. Experimental entries are explicitly marked because they may not start or reach full play reliably.
Acceptable use
Do not use Nisu to attack, probe, overload, scrape at abusive rates or interfere with the site, its game origin or other visitors. Do not attempt to bypass content boundaries, game platform controls or security protections.
Age and content
Content labels are practical notices, not ratings issued by an official ratings board. An entry labeled Mature 18+ is restricted to adults and may contain explicit sexual material. If you are under 18, do not load that game.
Games, names and rights
Game names, artwork and underlying game code remain associated with their respective rights holders. Nisu’s site code, curation, brand and original editorial copy are separate. If you control rights to a listed game and need to discuss attribution, access or removal, contact contact@nisu.io with enough information to verify the request.
No warranty
Nisu is provided as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, compatibility with every device, preservation of saves or error-free game behavior. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Nisu is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
