The Animal Anomaly game, not a hospital roleplay
Animal Hospital on Roblox is the night-shift anomaly game by Animal Anomaly, place 78515283254292 and universe 10148749921. The official description says your job is to treat patients while some behave strangely. Use that exact place when a search result also offers a hospital obby, roleplay or sandbox.
The original experience page links to Animal Anomaly’s community, group 344908697. Start from the official Roblox play option available to your account. Nisu provides this guide, not a browser version of the hospital.
The practical instructions below draw on dated published guides. They explain the reported intake and treatment loop; they are not a claim that Nisu has completed the current version or tested every patient.
Check appearance, photograph and CCTV
Eray Eliaçık’s August 13 guide for The Spike recommends inspecting the patient at the window, waiting for the patient photo to develop, comparing it with the animal, and checking CCTV before admission. A normal-looking face alone can miss a photo-only or camera-only sign.
Keep the shutters closed if a check is suspicious. The examples below illustrate what that dated guide describes; they are not a complete catalogue of current anomalies.
| Reported sign | What to compare |
|---|---|
| Human Teeth | Realistic human teeth in the animal’s mouth. |
| Different Ears in a photo | Compare each photographed ear with the patient. |
| Camera Twitching | Movement on CCTV when the patient looks still in person. |
What to do after accepting a normal patient
Shivam Malani’s June 17 AllThings. How guide describes checking in genuine animals, taking them to the assigned office, and using computers and tests to diagnose them before treatment. It also describes the Doctor visiting at the end of a shift with supplies or information.
Follow the assignment and the result shown for the patient in front of you. Do not hand out a treatment just because another animal looked similar. The useful habit is to finish the diagnosis and read its result before choosing an item; this page does not supply a guessed medicine chart.
For your first shifts, concentrate on one complete patient task before looking for a faster route. Check where the patient was assigned and what the current instruction asks you to do. If a later room introduces a different test, follow that task rather than assuming every room uses the same sequence.
A reception rejection is different from an indoor threat
The Spike distinguishes suspicious patients at reception from enemies already inside the hospital. Its guidance is to keep suspicious arrivals out and recheck unclear evidence. Closing reception shutters is not a universal counter to a threat that has already appeared elsewhere.
For an unfamiliar indoor event, read the warning before choosing an action. This guide does not guess a creature’s counter-item, timer or spawn condition.
Be careful with completion guides, too. Celsos Ricablanca’s esports.gg Journal guide includes objectives that deliberately involve being attacked or losing Sanity. Those are collection tasks, not a general first-shift survival routine. Decide whether you are trying to keep a run going or complete a specific Journal objective before copying one of those actions.
The reported PC controls
The June 17 AllThings. How guide lists these PC bindings. They are dated instructions, not a controller or mobile mapping tested by Nisu. Use an explicit prompt in your current client if it differs.
| Action | Reported PC key |
|---|---|
| Move | W, A, S, D |
| Jump | Space |
| Interact with items | E |
Player walkthrough published June 29, 2026. Its chapters cover check-in at 1:28, patient treatment at 1:49 and cameras at 3:16. This is an older player reference; current interfaces and later updates may differ.
Keep the first run focused
Learn intake and diagnosis before chasing secrets or achievements. With teammates, say which task you are handling so that a patient is not admitted on the assumption that someone else checked it.
Keep a specific observation when something goes wrong: the patient you admitted, the result you read or the warning that appeared. That is more useful for finding the relevant help than treating every unexpected event as the same anomaly.
For another Roblox horror game, Nisu’s Hush guide covers a separate experience. Its actions and rules should not be applied to Animal Hospital.
